Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is successfully placed.

Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Tracking Number
- Courier Partner Details
- Estimated Delivery Date
You can track your shipment using the tracking link shared via email or SMS.
Delivery
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
If delivery attempts fail due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier may return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
- A package with missing products
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photographs of the product
- Images of the package
- Description of the issue
We will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
Return Policy
Eligible Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The product is expired (if applicable).
- The product was delivered in a tampered condition.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect:

- Used wellness products
- Products with broken safety seals
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Gift cards or promotional items
Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- Be unused.
- Be in original packaging.
- Include all labels and tags.
- Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer after receiving your banking details.
Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacement Policy
Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded if:
- The product is defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item was damaged during shipping.
Replacement orders will be shipped at no additional cost after the return is approved.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
